Carrot Cake
a la Mom
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
4 c grated carrots
2 c flour
2 t soda
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t salt
Mix and bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 for 1 hour.

Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 c butter
2 c powdered sugar
vanilla
Beat until smooth
